New York Manual Therapy (NYMT) was created with both the Patient and Physical Therapist in mind!

NYMT provides for the Patienta free online directory to select the right Manual Therapist to provide them world class in-home Manual Therapy for up to 1 hour, the way quality health care was intended to be. Each month we will feature a new Manual Therapist on our directory, click here to join our mailing list

NYMT provides for the Physical Therapist, a free means to practice high quality in-home Manual Therapy at their disclosed schedule. We want to keep our talented therapists here in NY. We also provide the most controversial Manual Therapy blog which continues to challenge the way we practice.

NYMT provides for the Student, the most unique & comprehensive hands on seminars which introduces condition specific evidence based treatment strategies with complementary exercise, arriving in late 2019.

Here at NYMT we strive to change the way Physical Therapy is practiced in NY. High real estate costs and low rates of reimbursement is forcing our profession to change the way we practice.  Treatments have become rushed, lack enthusiasm, therefore you may never get the results you want and deserve.

NYMT is providing a free on line directory for you to search for the most qualified Manual Therapist (MT) who can best assist with your rehab journey in the comfort of your own home. Every MT will spend up to 1 hour with each patient, blending Manual Therapy and Medical Grade Exercise (Not 3 sets of 10) so you can heal and return back to the life you deserve. We are setting the highest standard in in home Manual Therapy care for NY. NYMT only advertises a MT who has completed APTA recognized Manual Therapy training. Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy has evolved, come support our movement, New York you deserve better!!!

Each MT is independent, creates their own schedule, and will respond directly to you. For now, each MT is an out of network provider, which means we do not participate with the billing of insurance, however each MT will have the ability to provide the patient with a receipt in which many insurances will re-imburse the patient. Please verify with your insurance provider.

Each MT has varying degrees of specialized training and provides complete patient care. While our services are not intended for everyone, we would love for you to browse our MT and support our movement. Lets keep high quality care in NY and bring it to the comfort of your own home.
